I just can't stand this city. Would be a nightmare if I'd have to live there.
That partly answers your question. Besides, I've been to Tokyo in 2005 and just didn't like it. Almost no historical architecture,
few to zero places with flair (Shibuja is a commercial mess), way too few parks for a Japanese city, lots of traffic and mess,
the whole city seems hyperurbanized and not inviting.
