【惜敗】勧告、国連安保理非常任理事国入りを逃す【落選】
第５８回国連総会は２００４年１月からの２年の任期を務める安保理事会
非常任理事国５カ国を選出した。
５カ国のうち３カ国はアジア・アフリカ諸国から選出されるがその投票結果
は以下の通りであり惜しくも韓国は非常任理事国入りを逃した。
