First off, whether or not animae suck is irrelevant.
I DO agree that Disney feature animations are far superior
in quality (in some sense) to most of the low-budget japanese animae.
But that's no excuse for stealing some else's ideas and character designs.
And what kind of people are they if all they could do with a $100m+ mega-budget was
to steal from an amine that sucks ?
Second, you don't have to see the whole Atlantis.
The trailers and the still pictures that they have released so far
contain enough to justify Nadia fans' suspisions. The whole Atlantis
does not have to be identical to Nadia to be accused of plagiarism.
What would Disney's lawyers say if another film had Mickey Mouse look-alike
for mere 5 seconds?
