日本の自衛隊は専守防衛に特化したユニークな軍隊ですが
北朝鮮の人民軍は報復攻撃力とゲリラ戦に特化した世にも珍しい軍隊です。
ある意味、自衛隊などよりももっと徹底的に平和的な軍隊であるとも言えます。
武力統一などは国内統制の為のお題目に過ぎず、
本音では金体制の生き残りしか考えていない事がよくわかります。
暴発など、したくても出来ないのです。
