YouTubeの動画のURLに「&fmt=18」とつけると高画質になると「Get Higher-Resolution YouTube Videos with a URL Hack」で書かれていました。
Add &fmt=18 to the end of the URL, and you might get an MP4-encoded version, with better audio and a 480x360 resolution.
URLの最期に「&fmt=18」とつけることで、
320x240 → 480x360
になるそうです。
ちなみに「&fmt=6」だと、
320x240 → 448x336
とのこと。
