首相指名の臨時国会、２６日召集で自民・民主が合意

　自民党の細田博之国会対策委員長と民主党の渡部恒三国対委員長が７日午前、国会内で会談し、臨時国会は２６日召集とすることで合意した。

　これにより、同日中に首相指名選挙を経て、新政権が発足する見通しとなった。会期は、１２月上旬までとする方向だ。

　臨時国会の召集日については、政府・与党は２０日の自民党総裁選後、速やかに首相指名選挙を行うため、２２日とする方針だった。しかし、民主党が新代表を正式決定する２５日の臨時党大会前の召集に強く反対したため、与党側が歩み寄った。
