It really is about time Japan fully acknowledges that it has committed a huge historical error against its East Asian neighbours. Without that suggested overture, it will be difficult for Japan to regain the lost trust of it's immediate neighbours, let alone the global one which it covets so desperately. I'm very angry with the demonstration because it is resulted from the ignorance with Chinese. According to recent article of Sankei newspaper, many demonstrator didn't know how many times Japan officially apologized China for wartime matter, how much Japan have given ODA to China. They are just making fuss with fabricated knowledge by the Chinese Communist Party.
And as for the textbook, it is important the textbook is just one of the eight textbook permitted by government. There is still question about disputed issue, e.g. Korean sex slave, Nanjing massacre, etc. Thus the textbook written by Fusosha just used one of the histrical theories. Fusosha just uses the freedom of expression for education. Korea and China is interferencing with domestic issue in Japan.
Demonstrator should act after more consideration about these facts.
