>>869 Are you one of the bitch's followers? Well, it doesn't matter. >IRSに通報って言っても、乳の収入額などがわからなきゃダメじゃん。 Not necessarily. As much information we have could trigger IRS's audit. Do we "assume" her income in one of the past 9 years was over $100K from royalty and being on TV shows? Then, that should be enough. How much actually she received is what IRS is going to find out through audit. >「税金を払ってないらしい」とか、支援金をもらったとか言っても 正確な金額がわからない。 >それに、乳がアメリカで税金を納めなきゃ行けない状況下にいるのかも不明。 Again, these are what IRS ought to find out through audit. >アメリカは裁判大国だから、個人的感情で適当なこと言って公の場に出ると >自分が訴えられる可能性がある国だから。 IRS routinely audit anyone or any company at random. People who owns their own business are most likely to be the first target. That’s why we want to do our tax return in right way ? no cheating, no hiding. Like someone said, perhaps this bitch didn’t even know what IRS was in the past years. She is most likely to have failed to file her tax return in those years. IF she had tax liability, she has to go back and pay the back tax no matter what. Whether she owes US tax or not is what IRS decides, not us. But many of us suspect that she does, then it make sense to let IRS know and let them decide whether or not they get their hands on this bitch’s file by starting with audit.
By the way, unless they make less than the minimum wage, they must file a tax return - her husband has to do so no matter where he lives in the world as long as he is a US citizen, so does the bitch as long as she has a green card. For the time she didn’t have a green card, she still have to report any income she received while she reside within the US. To claim a part of income as she received overseas, she has to prove that she lived in that country for over certain consecutive days, to my recollection. If they have a business loss (from their internet business), to claim a legitimate tax deduction for that, they also have to file a tax return. As she stinks this much, the odds are not in her favor.
If you are worried about getting sued so much, here’s the news for you.
1. If IRS does actually check on her file and audited her, just remember IRS does that all the time to anyone. That’s their job to audit taxpayers randomly. Until they audit her, she won’t have any reason to sue anyone over this right?
2. If IRS decides she committed tax arrogations, she will be put in a jail as a criminal. Now, if she finds out who reported to IRS and sue this person, basically that is to accuse someone who did a right thing just because her crime was revealed as this person fulfilled his/her citizen’s duty. Any court will throw her case out!
3. If IRS decides she did not have tax liability after extensive audit. Then the bitch does not have to pay anything. If she ever pursue lawsuit(s) against us, we just tell the court that the all evidence showed that she was committing a fraud, that she changed her story so many times, that it was natural to think she was evading her income by using an offshore account, and such. I don’t see why juries don’t see the same evidence against her. If FBI sees it as a serious crime, they can even check the contents of her now-closed websites.
4. If you are still worried, you can write her out to IRS anonymously. You never receive a reward money, but that’s not what you are after, right? If IRS receive many reports on the same person, even if they were all from anonymous people, the chances are that IRS may put a flag on her file.
To me, it is ridiculous to be discouraged before making an action, and what’s worse, to try to discourage others from reporting to IRS. Are you seriously not her follower?
4) Approximate number of copies sold for each book. 5) Publisher name, address, etc. if known. 6) All known jobs ? wiring in magazines, appearing in TV, online business including “chat lady” on Japanese website, and the company name, magazine, TV. Website names, address for each if known. 7) Information on potentially fraud rant fundraising ? all related web-addresses, when and how she did it (preferably in numbered short sentences). What we think she is hiding (total amount she has collected and pocketed are part of it for sure). 8) Bank accounts Other?
I suggest we focus on what we know and what we think she is hiding. Any copies of her statements will be useful attachments.
