なので、C&WのWAN側のルータは通過し、1chへいくためのルータがDestination host unreachableを返している。

つまり、1chの211.10.27.230(www.1ch.tv)が死んでいるのであれば、connection timed outが返ってくるはずであるが、
Destination unreachableの返答であれば、1chの内部でのネットワーク障害かと推測される。

DNS書き換えておかしくなったんちゃうん？（笑
