In the middle of the Olympic Games, a South Korea soccer player openly raised a placard claiming that "Tok-To
(= Japanese name "Take-Shima")", an island in the Sea of Japan which has been the center of the territorial
dispute, "is the Korean territory". His behaviour insulted and overrun the Olympic Charter.

Korean Football Association (KFA) insists the malpractice to be the player's own fault, and at the same time
denies KFA's responsibility. However, news photos clearly shows that this political propaganda was the publicity
stunt by the Korean team by itself.

IOC is now trying to fix the scandal as the player's individual fault.despite of the team-made Charter violation.
Since the IOC has received a huge amount of money from Samsung Inc. it won't blame the violence as the organized
crime by Korean team. IOC can not behave the right way because of the big bribes from South Korea.

If the IOC tolerate the violation of the Olympic Charter this time, it will cause a bad precedent, meaning
"Hey! we can freely show our political propaganda at the Olympics!" This is suicidal denial of the historical
significance of the Olympic Games.
