以下、憶測も含めてのWoWの現状。ご利用は自己責任にて。
●WoWの現状のPlanはどうなっているの？
鯖設置予定は現在、NA鯖（アメリカ・カナダ・オーストラリア・ニュージランド）・Korea鯖（韓国）・EU鯖（ヨーロッパ諸国）・China鯖（中国・台湾）の4箇所。
発売時期はNA版＝11月下旬〜12月・Korea版＝12月・EU版＝2005年2月・China版＝2005年年末。
●日本はどうなっているの？
残念ながら、現在の所日本に関するアナウンスは無い。
●NA鯖はアメリカ・カナダ・オーストラリア・ニュージーランド以外の国からは接続出来ないの？
厳密には誤り。NA鯖に接続する条件は「北米での支払い方法」と「北米での課金住所」が必要なだけ。
この条件をクリア出来れば、何処に住んでいようがNA鯖に接続可能である。また、オーストラリア・ニュージーランドに関しては後に追加されたので、この条件は必要ない。

Chris Sigaty: No. But if they have a opportunity to use a US billing method and have someone who lives in the US, we cannot stop them from buying an US account.

●IPアドレスによる接続制限は無いの？
無いと思われる。
Q．travel overseas for work/school/military purposes. Will I have problems playing the game?
A．You should be able to travel and play the game from overseas provided you have an account in your home region.

●日本からは接続する方法は無いの？
まだ発売されていないので未確定な部分も多いが、現在有力視されているのは以下の方法。
１．NA（もしくはｵｾｱﾆｱ）に在住の知り合いが居れば、その人にアカウントを作ってもらい、料金はPaypal（ttp://www.paypal.com/）などで送金する。
２．Visa Gift Cardを利用する（ttp://www.bankofamerica.com/giftcard/）
これはPrepaid式のVisaカード。ただし購入するには米国の住所が必要との事。
３．Prepaid Cardを利用する。
鰤は公式にCC以外の決済方法（Game Card等）を採用すると言っている（ttp://www.blizzard.com/wow/faq/）
●現状（4/10/28）でGame Gardを購入出来るInternational Trailer
