中・長距離空対空ミサイル。レーダー追尾式で、発射時に敵をレーダーロック
オンしておく必要がある（EMCON 解説を参照のこと）が、一度発射したら自機か
らの追尾補正の必要の無い、「撃ちっぱなし」型ミサイル。
マニュアルにはベストな発射距離は 31 miles で最大 44 miles と書いてある
が、ＨＵＤに表示されるミサイル追尾円は17miles 辺りで一番大きくなるようだ。
ただ、「遠くから敵に全く気付かれぬままミサイルをぶっ放し、さっさと逃げる」
という F-22 本来の戦い方からすると、撃って当たる距離まで来たらすぐぶっ放
し、尻に帆を掛けて逃げる、という「The Grinder」（マニュアル p.93 の挿し絵
を参照）の交戦パターンもあながち間違ってはいない。
