Olsen and Associates(OANDA) Part 4
A cliant: I am thinking about transfer funds to my account.
OANDA: Alright
A cliant: Your website says, from Japan, we have to transfer
funds to JP Morgan London via JP Morgan Chase, Tokyo
OANDA: that is correct
A cliant: This is not good for Japanese in terms of Banks,
transfer lead time, etc...
A cliant: I know that it is nessesary to transfer minor currency,
compared to USD, have to go through corresponding banks but...
OANDA: Our Cash Management System provides you with more information
than yoru bank requires. But since different banks require different
information, we have provided all that is needed, which makes it sometimes confusing as to what
information your bank requests
A cliant: I see. What happens if we transfer funds directly to JP Morgan, London, by mistake?
OANDA: It should go to the correct account, as long as your bank transfers via the SWIFT code.
PLease make sure you include the OANDA account information as the beneficiary
A cliant: Yes, I understand. Is it not good to do that intensionally?
A cliant: At least, in that case, I will include the information you mentioned.
A cliant: I mean transfering funds directly to JP Morgan, London, with the information of SWIFT code OANDA account info...
A cliant: Is it good?
OANDA: I would also suggest you print up the information the Cash Management System, in case your bank requires
additional information, as some financial institutions work different than others
A cliant: OK. I will print out or keep in HDD Cash Management System information if we do that. Thanks for your help.
OANDA: My pleasure
A cliant: See you.
OANDA: Have a great day.
