Q「核廃棄物の最終処分をすることは技術的に問題なくても、 それを受け入れる場所がなければ・・・」 you say the nuclear waste can be treated safely, but you have the problems that you don't have the place to bury such materials 「なければ今困っちゃいますもん」 that's the current trouble we are facing Q「ないですよね、フランスでもイギリスでも、、、」 there is no place to bury,as for UK,and France... 「ないですよ」 No,there isn't Q「それは大きな問題じゃないですか」 that must be a serious problem 「えーとー基本的にそのなんていうのかな今の路線で、 今の路線が本当に正しいかは別として、 今の路線かなんかで解があるだろうと思ってるわけですよ」 well, basically,we are not sure we are proceeding the right direction, but in our direction we are thinking there must be a solution for that 「というのは、最後の処分地の話は、最後は結局お金でしょ?」 in this, where to bury the nuclear waste,is the matter of money after all, isn't it?
756 212(北海道) [] 2011/05/02(月) 15:39:55.46 ID:09DEyycW0 Be: あのー、どうしてもみんなが受け入れてくれないって言うんだったら、 じゃあおたくには今までこれこれ払ってたけど二倍払いましょう、 それでも手上げてくれなかったら5倍払いましょう、10倍払いましょう、 どっかで国民が納得することが出てきますよ」 well,if they don't accept our plan, then we'll pay them 2 times higher than before, 5 times,10 times, then you can find the point our people can be persuaded Q「それは経済的インセンティブと・・・」 that's called economical incentive... 「処理費なんてたかがしれてるから・・・(不明)」 cost of waste disposal is quite small... Q「今確か最終処理地を受け入れてくれる ボーリング調査をさせてくれるだけで」 I'm not quite sure simply doing boring research to decide where to bury... 「すごいお金が流れてますね」 huge amount of money spent Q「20億ですよ」 2 billion yen 「あれがたかが知れてるらしいですよ。 だから原子力発電ってものすごいもうかってるんですね」 that is simply small number, so the nuclear power plant business should produce huge profit 「そりゃそうですよ、原子力発電所一日止めると一億どころじゃないですよね」 you must know,if we stop nuclear power plant for only a day, we'll lose 100 million or more. 「だからそういう意味からいくと、 今動いてる原子力発電所をつぶす気はアメリカ毛頭ないし、 日本も電力会社、あるものはできる限り使いたいってのは、 これは本当ホンネですよ」 so in that sense, United States will never break down the currently working nuclear power plant, Japanese electric power companies also eager to put their nuclear power plant in action as long as they can
Q「それは大きな問題じゃないですか」 That is a serious problem ! 「えーとー基本的にそのなんていうのかな今の路線で、 今の路線が本当に正しいかは別として、 今の路線かなんかで解があるだろうと思ってるわけですよ」 well, basically,we think it is not valid, only serious to bury such materials. but in current direction or near it, we hope to find a solution for that in the future.
In other word, we can solve the problem - where to bury the nuclear waste. that is the matter of money after all, isn't it?
