Japanese Masters did NOT teach Koreans Kendo.
Kendo is a form of Kumdo, not vice versa.
Japan was taught Korean techniques by the Koreans when
Japan was created by Koreans and the Chinese when they left
their countries to escape prosecution.
Korea taught Japan and then Japan turned around and conquered Japan.
Besides, Japan wasn't even a country during the time when Kumdo became a formal martial art.
It was a colony of Korea. So explain how Japan taught Korea their techniques if there was no Japan at the time...
