■理性を維持するにはどうしたらいいか
　：
まず、理性はすぐに回復しないものであるということを頭に置いてください。
　恨の裏には怒りや悲しみといった感情があります。この感情自体は変えることができませんが、解消する
ことはできます。そのためには「行動」と「思考」の両面からのアプローチが有効です。
【泣きたいときは思いきり泣くのが良い】
　一番手っ取り早いのが、「行動」です。簡単なのが新聞紙を丸めて、いすの座面などを思いっきりたたきます。
このとき「この野郎！」「バカヤロー！」と大声で叫ぶとよりすっきりします。泣きたいときは、声を出して思いっ
きり泣いてください。良識ある大人ほど感情を抑えがちですが、そうすると恨が尾を引くので要注意。感情
は何かにぶつけて発散させた方がいいのです。
　次に「思考」。徹底的に自分を肯定します。「辛いのだから、泣く（怒る）のは当然だ」と、自分の行動を肯定し、
「自分は正しい」と自分を認めます。「あのときこうしていれば」といったように過去の自分を責めるのはナンセ
ンス。まずは自分を肯定することに徹してください。
　感情が沈静化したら、次に自分の現在の感情の種類を「理解」します。自分が今なぜ激昂しているのかが
わかると、今後なすべきことが見えてくるはずです。
