In order of you to find the defendant guilty of this crime, the State is required to prove,
from all of the evidence in this case, beyond a reasonable doubt, each of the following
elements:

engaged in sexual penetration with (name of victim).
According to the law, "sexual penetration" means vaginal intercourse (cunnilingus,

The slightest penetration is sufficient.
