Hi, everyone! I'm Catharine Smith from San Fransico. When sky is clear, I can see the Golden Gate Bridge from my home. The question I have is why do Japanese hate Korean so much? Japan and Korea are next to each other and should get along.
All Koreans I have met were all like that explained above. They are saying "Japanese traditional stuffs are originally from Korea" for almost all traditional stuffs, such as Sumo, Judo, Kendo and blablabla.....
How could Japanese like Koreans, even Koreans hate Japanese?
The reason y think japanese hate korean, is might be lack of your knowledge history about Jp and korea.

I believe kendo is a beautiful art. Unfortunately after i encountered some korean clubs and instructors which took me as an idiot and gave me false information regarding the history and origins of kendo which they call kumdo.I decided to leave this art for now and i have not practice since then until i find a real japanese instructor or someone who has been taught the real art and respect its origins, regardless of what race he/she might be. I also learned that the techniques i was being shown by these korean clubs were watered down techniques since they claim it is korean in origin and the techniques were changed to sell it as a korean martial art. I think some one in the World Kendo Federation should do something about it,to stop these korean cartoon characters that not only took my money, but i was taught and learned false techniques which they claim were developed in ancient korea and now everytime i hear the word kendo i can not help it but get sad and angry at these idiots and makes me feel that i wished i rather learned something else. Can anyone please do something about this? since i know i was not the first to have been had,so that new prospect students should be saved from this nonsense. Not only is the history of the art being destroyed, invented and revised but the techniques also are being changed. Thank you.
