for that, probably the best way is to grab an easy, simple book instead of some difficult book like... hey, like the one you've got in your hand.
as soon as you learn something new and cool, just use it.
looking at your posts, i feel that you guys are not quite good at using english.
maybe your vocabulary and grammar are not so bad. then, why don't you try using them?
english is simply a tool like a hammer or knife and not a instruction-book.
do you think you can hit a nail right without hitting your finger, or peal an apple perfectly round without feeling how soft your hands have to be?

If you don`t remenber standard words, You had better to repeat your word book.
If you remenber its,you should continue to repeat it everyday.
