At least seems that, from Catalyst 10.9, TRIM is officially supported by the AMD AHCI driver.
The latest version of the driver is 1.2.001.0263.
Is contained in the archive downloadable at

The driver is located in the compressed archive 10-11_win7_32-64_ahci.exe at this path:
