The all architecture help on SPEC, it is not that simple to find a reason for the boost.
Memory help, The cores are improved. With regular cooling, in 99% of the case, turbo
will kick in, you rarely get to the max power ...
when you run spec , you ll get your 2 bin turbo boost, then you run SPEC_FP_RATE, you'll
get 1 bin turbo boost. I just checked with my Buddy Rahul, the Spec Gurus.
