And why do you look at the speck in your brother's eye,
but do not perceive the plank in your own eye ?

Or how can you say to your brother,
' Brother, let me remove the speck that is in your eye, '
when you yourself do not see the plank that is in your own eye ?

Hypocrite!
Fiest remove the plank from your own eye,

and then you will see clearly to remove the speck
that is in your brother's eye.

This is my commandment, that

you love one another
as I have loved you.

For what profits is it to a man
if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul ?

Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul ?

Then Jesus was led up by the Spirit into the wilderness
to be tempted by the devil.
And when he had fasted forty days and forty nights,
afterward He was hungry.

Now when the tempter came to Him, he said,
"If your are the Son of God, command that these stones become bread."

But he answered and said,
　"It is written, 'Man shall not live by bread alone,
but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.' "
