I have Japanese OS installed n everything from time to location all set to Japan's

but if u can get the trial to run, follow wat i did, then u should be able to run the full version too.

No Use posting your own DAT file
it is made just for your Environment and wont work for others
Just download the Trial Version and get the DAT file from it Config folder
then copy it into the Full Version Config folder and rename it to KSC-LICENSE.dat
Then Mount the DVD Image and run the Game
It should work.
