【Logicool】ロジクールキーボード 8th【Logitech】

Logicool ゲームソフトウェア（Logitech Gaming Software）で
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library の「Runtime Error!」が出て困っている人へ。

Logitech Gaming Softwareの設定ファイルである「settings.json」が何らかの不具合
（Lcore.exeの異常終了など）で破損して、
非常に大きなファイルサイズになっていることが原因だと思われる。（*1）
なので、settings.json を削除または改名することによってRuntime Errorを回避できる。

ただしこれを行うと、設定ファイルを実質消すことになるので、設定の一部が初期化されることに注意。
＊プロファイルごとのキー設定は初期化されずに残っているのが不幸中の幸い＊

settings.json の保存場所
・Windows XPの場合
　C:\Documents and Settings\{ユーザー名}\Local Settings\Application Data\Logitech\Logitech Gaming Software

・Windows Vista & 7の場合
　C:\Users\{ユーザー名}\AppData\Local\Logitech\Logitech Gaming Software

Runtime Error!で表示されるダイアログの記述
　Runtime Error!
　Program:
　This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
　Please contact the application's support team for more information.
