that think a large number of these posts are being made by people
who don't even own the box. I got an idea,
for all those people that are claiming to have problems and
who already have claimed to have problems, post your:
1) Serial Number
2) Manufacturers Date of unit (found on the back)
3) Trouble Ticket # or MS Customer Service agent name you spoke to and when.
At the very least, this will help people here get an idea on
how quickly the units are being fixed/replaced and returned by MS.
At most, it will root out the people who are posting bogus complaints
since their serial numbers can be matched up with their Customer Service calls.
If people are unwilling to post their broken unit's serial numbers,
then people here should really start questioning the validity of their posts.
