Generally, "アナタ" means "you". This is common and formal.
In that sentences you quoted, "アナタ" means "you".
When a woman calls her husband or her boy friend, she may say "アナタ".
This is another usage.

"カツ" is abbreviation of "活動(かつどう)" that means "activity".
"婚カツ(結婚活動)" is to make an effort to look for someone to marry.
