Improved detection of parameter names for syscall functions when the Java code is compiled by "javac" (and not by Eclipse).

Code clean-up: the compiler is now able to generate an automatic syscall logging including parameter names and parameter value. Such functions have to be marked with annotation "@HLELogging". First test with sceMpeg.
