Veteran Argentinian striker Abel Balbo has agreed terms with Boca Juniors and will leave for Argentina within days.
The once high-scoring Balbo left River Plate in 1989 for Udinese and has scored 117 times since then in Serie A.
The 35 year-old has spent time with Parma and Fiorentina, but his most prolific days were with Daniel Fonseca at Roma.
He moved back to Roma last season as cover but understandably spent most of the time on the bench.
Boca have also just signed Independiente defender Jorge Martinez and the 28 year-oldwill join up with his new squad at the same time as Balbo.
