Spunky - Made 3 great saves which were done and dusted goals with a lesser man in between the
sticks, had no protection from his defence and still kept us in there 8
GVB ・Very Good excellent passer, slightly better defensively than Coley but not quite as good
offensively. 7
Keown ・Had a mare completely at fault for Mpenza goal 5
Grimster ・Champions League winners do not play Grimandi regularly thankfully we no longer have to 5
Lauren ・Improving with every game, great going forward and solid defensively 7
Bobby P - Quiet but as with all world class players a few moments of brilliance opened Shalke up for us. 7
Paddy V - Outstanding this man is getting back to his best after a tame start and its a joy to watch. 8
Freddie - Our best player by a long long way, simply outstanding and for long periods was the only
one of our team who looked Comfortable at CL level as with last season. 9.5
Parlour ・Do you think Roeder would accept a score from me in exchange for him taking Raymondo?
hes useless a liability. 2
Wiltord ・Improving needs to get in the box more really as that is where his strengths lie, but worked
hard in general. 6
Thierry Henry Thierry Henry Thierry Henry Thierry Henry - his best game for quite a while,
personally i take his "bad body language" as simply Thierry is more focussed this season he looks
deep in concentration and seems a lot more sure of himself when he gets a chance these days 9.
Subs:
DB10 - Didnt have much chance to get involved but as always tidy performance 6
Inamoto - Looked very promising and managed to display a good range of passing as well as looking
hungry to get forward and take a pop, very pleased 7.
Matty Upson - Didnt really have to do much but was nice to see him back out there 5.
Kanu - done a nice dance on the touchline while warming up 9
