How can you call Park Chu-Young an unknown? He was one of the top players in Ligue 1 before Monaco were relegated.
And accusing Arsene of going cheap? Seriously... How can you judge the quality of a signing by how much he cost,
think about Andy Carroll.
I think this will be a really good signing to add depth to the squad. Hopefully it won't screw up the Hazard deal though...

It doesn't solve the 2 most pressing issues in Arsenal's game however..a CB and a playmaker of the likes of Nasri/Fabregas..
He's great as a bonus signing if Wenger manages to find replacements to these two positions..
