Joe just tweaked matchmaking to be even stricter in determining what is a good match.

TU5のping
- The max ping has been set back to 200 from 175 due to some player's having long Matchmaking wait times.

TU6のping
Joe lowered the ping limit to 175ms on Social and Ranked, people were moaning so he put it back to 200 in Social, but its still at 175ms on Ranked,
which is great for the majority of people. Its just the few people that can't find matches.

Joe has decided to leave Ranked ping limit at 175ms, Social at 200ms.
