We want to change 即落ち setting.

To remove threads that don't have 2kb over 10 min is too tight for us.

This setting make us negative to build a thread.

So we propose

before　→　Avoid immediately fell in two kilobytes to 10 minutes

after　→　Avoid the immediate fall in the 20 or more response in 12 hours without thread's volume

That "toro" means a logical path simply.
When we move a board from src to dest, after moving all of DAT files, we shoud delete "src.2ch.net/boardname/subject.txt".
It makes 2ch-viewers aware of the moving.
