Image authentication had to be tested.
It needs work. I am sorry that it inconvenienced
some people. It is a good emergency measure
now. I think it is disabled on most boards currently.
The idea is that Ronin users will be able
to vote as a full citizen whether to put
the image authentication on a board or not.
It should only be used during times of trouble.
Since it surely is inconvenient.
