I sent that letter directly to Hiroyuki a long time ago. Since then my machine
has broken and I don't have that email anymore.
I have posted the exact reasons why p2 was regulated. It is obvious
at this time. I have removed p2 regulations on bbspink as a show of good
will. I expect some good will in return.
I think this type of discussion is better in public, since the public has a keen interest in it.
