I think my meaning is very clear. It is in line with the US law where
are servers and our company is located.

Words that could be seen as a threat in the near future are not protected.

Example: Threatening a person with death, rape dismemberment, etc etc.
This is is a real threat. You will not be protected by the law if you talk
that way. It is at least assault when someone is threatened.
