考えてみました。
内容英語共にあまり自信ないです。

79さんは辞めるのを希望していました。
しかし、Jimさんは継続を希望していました。
どちらになったのでしょうか？

79さんが継続する、または他の人がやる。
どちらでも今までのシステムでは一人の負担が大きすぎるように私は感じます。
私は安全性と継続性でシステムの変更が望ましいと思います。

3)
79さんが休養する、または辞めるならば
彼女が担っていた作業はPINKには不可欠です。
これらの事を我々は議論して結論を出そうと思っています。
私はJimさんにそれを検討して欲しいです。
ただし、Jimさんが信頼できる人物なのか？とか
安全だろうか、などの問題があります。
我々はそれらを含めて議論します。

または、Jimさんになにか考えがあるのでしょうか？
私はJim-sanに考えがあるならば知りたいです。

It might be safe etc. or there is a problem.
