Tournament will be held at 2ch's vote board. People will cast their vote by writing comments there.
It will cause large traffic to 2ch, but bbspink is ok.
2ch's admins are planning to move the vote board to stronger server.
I have already got the permission from Hiroyuki-san to run the tournament.

Traditionally, when people links anything to bbspink from 2ch,
they explicitly states that it will jump to bbspink which containts links to adult material.
This is to avoid bbspink from being responsible for taking underage people by accident.

This tournament will stir up lot of activities in bbspink too.
Which means, more traffic and more active people.
It is true that it might indirectly cause a rise in conflict,
because that's what happens when more people are active. We all know that.
However, in the past this has not been an issue,
and the fun part has been much much bigger.
