US law does not prohibit dating, it does actively hunt stalkers and

From what I understand of Japanese law, they are attempting something
that was already tried and failed in the United States. Forcing dating
site user to give credit card information to verify age.
We built a nice dating site for bbspink a few years ago, it was free
and fairly safe, it did not use credit cards for verification though.
So we will ban dating on bbspink for these reasons.
We don't want to encourage stalkers and predators, and we don't want
to take credit card information just to verify age.
PS. I am happy to take your credit card information if you want to buy something
from me though. hehehehehehehehe
