リーダーはいろんな案件に的確な判断をしなければいけません。
実際に削除活動が始まれば、リーダーの役割は巨大な物です。
たとえオフの性格が完璧でも、
たとえ全ての人々に好かれていても
統率する能力を持っているわけではありません。
最終的にLOVEさんがリーダーになる事に異論はありません。
でも、現状では不可能だと思います。
たとえマスターがその人を信用していても・・・・・・・
まず削除人に・・・リーダーではなく・・・まず・・・

リーダーを任命するのは、マスターです。
削除人の経験を持つ人がリーダーになる必要があると思います。
もし、完璧な判断が出来る人なら、その限りではありません。
現在、システムの頂点に完璧な削除判断が出来ない人がいるのです。
好ましくないことです。
マスターの指示で動きます。
決定に従います。
どうかたくさんのボランティアが去った理由を考えて最善の判断をしてください。特に経験者・・・・
