It is clear that we need to find a more experienced leader.
LOVE* has done his very best, but it is not enough.
I can't be the leader because i don't understand the subtleness in the language.
Deletion needs to continue, even with our current messed up deletion guideline
system, because I don't want people attacked at their phone numbers and emails
etc. So lets continue with the current setup while we look for a leader with more
experience.
