(-NDO6-4-1:各々に多少の違いがあっても同一掲示板内で同一人物や事象について扱っているスレッドは重複と見なします。)
-NDO6-4-2:The thread to have treated the same person or the incident is not in the same bulletin board, and when it is not a content along the outline of each bulletin board, is considered to be repetition.
(-NDO6-4-2:同一掲示板内では無い、同一人物や事象について扱っているスレッドは、各々の掲示板の趣旨に沿った内容でない場合は重複と見なします。)
