What 1 wants to say in plain english is that,
there is a network system called Echlon which
picks up e-mail's with dangerous words in it.

The aim is obviously to prevent crimes, hacks and
murders but there is a problem of privacy; e-mails will
be seen without any warnings or traces.

As a result many people are against this idea and
Cipherwar is one of them.

There aim is to send loads of e-mails with words
which will get filitered by Echelon and hence make
it difficult for the "Echelon people" to detect the
important e-mails.

My opinion is that this will have little effect on the
Echlon program.
Reasons are as follows

1) As the format of the e-mail being sent is same, they would
be able to renove those e-mails once they know the format.

2)It is also unlikely that many people will volunteer to do this
as it is time taking and includes some cost in connection fee.

普段のメールにちょこっと乗せるだけだから、手間かららないし（コピペ一発）
接続料が余分にかか事も無い
