すいません。
学校の授業で次の文章を訳せと言われたのですが
全然わかりません、、(しかも長いです)
とりあえず最初の部分だけ質問させてください。
When we are watching a play in the comfort of our own homes, we are less likely to be distracted by our surroundings than when we are in the cinema or theatre.
The characters seem to be acting for us alone-and indeed to all intents and purposes they are.
Their voices are adjusted (if we are using our volume switch properly ) so that they just suit the acoustics
of the room.
