すいません、次の文章を教えてください。
なんか訳がうまいこといかないもので。。

Many a "do-it-yourself" has found that one cannot learn a skilled crafts-man's job overnight.
How quickly one realises, when doing it oneself,
that a job which takes the skilled man an hour or so tocomplete takes the amateur handyman five or six at least.
And then there is the question of tools.
The first thing the amateur learns is that he must have the right tools for the job.
But tools cost money.

自分で訳してみたのですがボロボロで困っております。
「沢山の"do-it-yourself"は人が一晩で職人芸を身につけるのが不可能であると知っている。
何か一人でやる時に、、、、、、、、、
そして次に道具の問題がある。
素人が最初にわかることはその用途に応じて正しい道具を選ぶ事である。
しかし道具はおかねがかかる。」

第一文、第二文、第四文とぼろぼろで、
とくに第二文は構文もよくとれません、、
どなたかアドバイスお願い致します。
