「英検１級やTOEIC/TOEFLの高得点者も、正しく答えら
れる方はほとんどいないでしょう」だそうです。
私も「英検１級やTOEIC/TOEFLの高得点者」ですが、
一応何も調べずに、私ならこう言う、というのを書いてみました。
よくわからないもの、私も間違い例を言ってしまいそうなものは
？をつけてます。みんなで検討しましょう。
1.あなたは英語が話せますか?...................... Can you speak English?
→ Do you speak English?
2.お花に水をあげてね......................................Give water to flower.
→ Water the flower.
3.お昼は何食べるの?.......................................What will you eat lunch?
→ What will you have for lunch?
4.10ページを開けて下さい...............................Please open at 10 page.
→ Open to page 10.
5.昼御飯を食べられなかった(忙しくて).........I couldn't eat my lunch.
→ I didn't have time for lunch.
6.ああ，かわいそうな Nick...............................It's sad, Nick.
→ Gee, poor Nick.
7.リモコンをとってくれる?..................................Give me the remote controller?
→ Get me the remote, please.
8.痛いよ (ママ)..................................................Ouch!
→ ？
9.私は兄がひとり妹がひとりいます.................I have a brother and a sister.
→ I have a brother and sister.
10.私達は夫婦です............................................We're a married couple.
→ We're married.
11.髪の毛をちゃんとしなさい ..........................Fix your hair.
→ Do your hair.
12.電話があった?(外出から帰ってきて).........Did someone call me?
→ Was there any call for me?
13.あなたに電話よ............................................This is your phone call.
→ It's for you.
14.彼に変わって(電話).....................................Please change to him.
→ Get him on the phone.
15.お風呂が沸いたわよ...................................The bath is boiled.
