My recent news about Eiken test I took last Sunday.

I have a bothering. For example,




"one of house of japan of 1900"
"one house in japan 1900"

Both sentences is almost same meaning
even though, if I would try to translate the first sentences,, I must be read or listen the sentence until the end word "1900" and than upside down all word, where by I can understand to meanig this sentence.
But The second sentence can be understood in order,

I think that matter is Japanese grammar mind.
And It has been just bothering me.
Because I can not talk to somebody in English very well.

You have to look at the context to see what someone is really trying to say.

For example, if it is raining heavily, I might say to someone 'Nice weather, isn't it?'
What I really mean is, 'this is terrible weather', but I can say the opposite and still be understood.
The other person knows that it's raining, so they know I don't really mean that it's 'nice weather'.

Your sentence is the same. The literal meaning is that nuclear attacks are 'pleasant',
