I can confirm the original copy dispatched
but must have gone missing in the postal
system or possibly misdirected back to
ourselves.
This is missing at present so to avoid any
further delay to yourself I have ordered a
replacement copy in from my suppliers but
I'm afraid this is on special order and can
take up to 14 days for us to receive this -
are you ok to wait or would you like me to
issue you with a full refund?
