I seldom used it when I was in America.
FYI, chili oil consist of sesame oil and component of red chili pepper and is very hot. It is made from chili oil mingled with some ingredients for eating easily, like, with rice. Eating is easier to know, you should try it.

So then we decided to take photographs to see how the amoeba Dictyostelium discoideum moves. We set up our microscope and camera and tried to take a photograph of the amoeba movement every thirty minutes for six hours and to get twelve pictures.
しかし、増え続けていたはずの移動体を見つけることが難しく、撮影することが出来ませんでした。 However, it was difficult for us to find the moving parts which were supposed to have increased in amount, and so it was impossible to take pictures of them.
A few days later I went to Dr.K at T University again and asked for some advice on this matter. He said that the amoeba tends to turn into a fruiting body where there is light.
So I tried blocking off the light with some aluminum foil. Now we keep observing the amoeba Dictyostelium discoideum wrapped up in the aluminum foil in the incubator.

>>165 Hi. The picture shows that part of parts are evidently replaced on purpose. How could you do that? It just costs several tens of dollars at best. I'd been assuming that you are one of our good partners with 5 or 6 transactions ever made since last year. What a shame. I cannot stand the status of the product, which is out of use at present. I'm going to get the supplements ready, so send me 7,000 US$ for them. It's just 7,000 US$, but I hope it will make our relationship as secure as ever before.
I know you are not the way you are now. Sincerely.
Judging from the state in the picture, some parts are deliverately changed. Even though these are no more than a couple dozen dollars, why would you do such a thing like this? I have conducted a transaction with you five or six times since last year, thinking that you are my good partner. I feel terribly sorry about it. We cannot use these products in the present condition. We will arrange for the repair parts and you will have to refund seven thousand dollars as the expense for that. Only seven thousand dollars will make our mutual relationship better. I'm expecting you to be sincere and honest. Take care.

The more huge energy of erathquake has burst out here in Japan than the erathquake at China and NZ, resulting in minor damages compared to those of China and NZ. 3代実録(日本紀略、類聚国史171)の貞観11年5月26日(西暦869年7月13日)の記録に、 次の注目すべき災害の発生が記されています。 In Sandai Jitsuroku, sixth of the six classical Japanese history texts(Nihon Giryaku, Ruij? 「陸奥国地大震動。流光如晝隠映。頃之。人民叫呼。伏不能起。 A big quake hit Mutsu prefecture. The sky was brightening due to the luminous phenomenon. After a short time, cried for help were echoing everywhere. The tremor was so big that they could not rise to their feet.

We are well, without any injuries, though we were quite scared due to strong shakes despite this place, Tokyo, is far away from the epicenter.
Our Japanese people will thank you for the support from US. It relieves us. As for the details of △△ , I will show you later again. As I wanted to tell our situation to you first of all, I wrote this message. At last, I am appreciating your understanding, and your cooperation with us.
Times are unsettled, so you recognise lively discussions about changes in others` lives, in the world around you and in your own existence are unavoidable. The challenge is mustering the discipline to avoid excessive speculation on their outcome. The heightened emotions you`ll be experiencing in the build up to Saturday`s Virgo Full Moon are another matter. Instead of imposing discipline, give in to them. You`ll be amazed what you learn.

>>387 After the quake, I heard something like "Japanese are evil, and I am sick of being one of them". This is an annoying statement but I kinda understand.
my family and i are both safe and sound. fortunately the quake didn't left much damage in my neighborhood. but it breaks my heart to put myself in the shoe of victims of this disaster. the death toll from this earthquake could hit more than 10,000. and its number is climbing everyday. issues on nuclear power plants are getting serious too. deep sorrow now surrounds this nation.

>what about food and still water and electric power and fuel for cars? 支援を受けていますが、全てが足りない状況です。車はあってもガソリンがない。
被災者は避難したところで怯えています。 The disaster victims are trembling with fear in evacuation areas.
日本人は一生懸命支援しています! Many Japanese are trying to support them as best as possible.
支援を受けていますが、全てが足りない状況です。車はあってもガソリンがない。 Many relief supplies are being sent, but they are still insufficient. Also it is getting harder to carry the supplies because we are having difficulty refueling the vehicles to carry them.
Don't joke. I'm sure he will tell us about the damaged nuclear plants in Fukushima again. I don't have information any more. Well, I feel all I can do is laugh.

欧米各国からの荷物も問題なく届いていますので安心して下さい。 Relief goods are continuing pouring in from abroad for the victims. So don't worry too much.
Everything about you currently--such as your style, fashion, and music--is in the extreme. However, when I watch videos from back when you were an indies artist and before you changed your name, made your debut, and became famous, you had a completely different and more subdued style. Your fashion seemed completely normal, and you looked like any other girl.
I'm a huge fan of yours and know of many of your episodes(?? phases?), but is there some particular reason that you're style has become so eccentric? Or is is something that has been slowly happening for some time now? Also, in the transition from a normal-looking unknown to an eccentric-looking celebrity, do you feel that you've changed not only on the outside, but on the inside too?
Lastly, I'm Japanese and am overjoyed at your assistance. Thank you!
I wasn't expecting that you would make an international call. That was a big surprise for me. I’m all right, so don’t worry. I’m blessed to have you in my life.

>>690 I was able to procure two cases of 500ml bottles of water. If you'd like them, I can send them to you. How about it?
>>691 I've heard of many people abroad doing online fundraising, for which I'm very grateful for. However one thing that struck me is that many western media outlets seem to be stirring up negativitey from Japan's past. Where you are, what's being reported about Fukushima's power plants? News outlets in some countries are saying that Tokyo has turned into a ghost town. Not at all! People are going on with everyday life--commuting to work, going to the movies, and going shopping! For quite some time now, Japan has had some of the strictest radation safety standards in the world. Due to the current situation, I'm worried that people will think that everything coming from Japan will be contaminated. I sincerely ask that you don't discriminate.
>>684 Unfortunately, Japan's current administration is filled with people with hate Japan. Despite people from all over the world offering their assistance, the Japanese government is doing squat to help its own citizens. I suppose it's the fate of Japanese citizens to be killed by their government.
>>697 First off, I'm deeply moved by the US army's "Operation Tomodachi" in response to the ongoing disaster in Japan.
On a different subject, China announced their intention to send its People's Liberation Army to Japan. There's debate on Japanese message boards as to if this could this be a the start of a takeover of Japan by China's army. This all brings to mind the nightmare of China's aggression towards Tibet.
This must be kept in check by Japan's Self-Defense Force and America's military. Most Japanese citizens are pro-American conservatives and view China and Korea as enemies. Our dear American friends, when the time of emergency comes, please help out the Japanese people!
Withdraw your plan to dispatch PLN to Japan. If not, we will form a large scale of protest campaign at the landing spot, and upload the video to the internet, no matter what it takes. Imagine when your tension easing propaganda comes to naught. Imagine how your patriotic citizens react. Don't let it happen.
>>701 Thanks for your help with disaster relief! I saw on the news that supplies are coming from Yokota Air Base. It sounds like hard work, but keep it up and good luck!
>>718 Thank you for your thoughts. If I were able to go to safety where you are in Australia, I would. Please be understanding...
>>720 Unfortunately, apparently his wallet was stolen. He would like to purchase some items from you, however he currently has no cash. I'll take care of payment for him, so I'll be taking the bill.
The Secretary‐General of the United Nations stated Japan was the biggest supporter of developing countries in the world, and that now was the time to give a helping hand to Japan. However, the fact is that some conservatives are opposed to accepting aid from China and Korea, and yet they don't have the will to take part in supporting activities.
>>747 Tokyo, a place where I live, is getting fairly stable now. Public transportation is almost normal. As for the parcels which were scheduled to internationally send you, do you want us to send, after making close check on them, the ones which seem to have no problems at all? Or do you prefer to wait all of them to be ready and get them sent at once? Let me know what you think.
Tokyo is gradually getting back its normal rhythm, and the public transit is now starting to work as before.
Regarding the parcel, given the present situation in Japan, I fear that some of the items in the parcel might possibly fail to pass through the customs. I can sort out those likely-to-fail items, and send the rest to you first, and some time later the other half of the rest. Alternatively, I can send all the items in one go when the current situation in Japan improves to a more sufficient extent.
Since the devastating earthquake and subsequent tsunamis, there has been strong support and heartfelt messages coming to Japan from all over the world. One of the messages given by Ban Ki-moon, the UN's secretary-general says that Japan was and has always been the most supportive nation for developing countries, and that now is the time to give back their full support.
Regardless of this heart-warming cooperation, some Japanese conservative activists are taking negative stance against this movement, showing reluctance to even take part in helping and supporting the victims of this unprecedented disaster.
I admit that soccer is a popular sports all around the world. But it's also true that in countries such as America and Japan, baseball is more popular than soccer. In short, in developed countries, baseball is a more popular sports than soccer.......
i realize that the use of the word "sports" is grammatically wrong. the correct word for that is "sport" in its singular form, not plural form. thanks.
Do you still happen to sell A? If so, I'd like to know what the tax-inclusive price for each unit is, how to make the payment, as well as when the delivery date might be. Thanks.

I finally managed to get in touch with Tarou (相手のお名前), my friend from the Iwaki city who I mentioned the other day. Right after he saw some news report about an accident at the nuclear plant in Fukushima Prefecture, he evacuated to a seemingly safer place, abandoning his home, belongings, and everything. Afterwards, the government issued a mandatory evacuation order to the residents living in the Iwaki city area, and so he cannot get back there now. The government allegedly will not remove that order until the area is declared provably secure. Literally he has lost everything. He says the prospect for his getting back to business will be extremely bleak for the time being.

He had to abandon his house as well as all household goods to flee to a safe place directly after it was reported that the nuclear plants were knocked out. It is said that he will never go back to his house because the blockade around the area will never be raised forever. He says that he doesn't have a prospect to start working since all his tools needed for work were gone.

I feel indignation toward TEPCO and Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency.
Their interview cannot be said to convey the seriousnes of the situation, because they talk as if this fatal series of events were other people's affairs.
They should devote themselves more to solving the problem.
More pressure should be put on them by the government and people.
I hear that you Taiwanese have collected big contributions for Japan. We Japanese are very encouraged by your more than enough thoughtfulness. Your love for humanity is overwhelming, so I can't really thank you enough for your kindness.
外国の方は浅草とか好きですよね。しょっちゅうお見かけします。浅草の何が魅力的なのでしょうか? It seems that a lot of foreign travellers to Japan like to visit Asakusa. I often see them there. What are they interested in in Asakusa?
下町は人情の町と昔から言われているのですが、外国の方にもそれが行くと分かるものなのでしょうか? Certainly, it is said that the shitamachi, a traditional shopping and entertainment district, is full of warm-heartedness, but I wonder if they can feel the same warm-heartedness as Japanese people can.

>>882 You might think of Myanmar as a dangerous place, since journalist Ken Nagai was shot to death there. But once you set foot in that country, you'll probably have a different impression of it. It's actually a serene place.
>>883 It seems like Asakusa is a popular sight-seeing spot for foreign tourists. I often see many foreigners there. I wonder what makes them so interested in Asakusa. Shitamachi is always referred to as a city of human empathy. I also wonder if those tourists would feel the same way we do about that city.

Though I'm sorry to talk of my situation, I came back to my hometown three days ago, where I am relieved as it is in the west, besides I am glad to find the nearby store selling relatively sufficient foods and to have been able to buy a lot of them.
But, I have to go back to my house after a few days for my work there, regrettably. I remind of you sometimes, these days; how are you doing these days? But, I know that you surely haven't thought of me at all. I'm very sorry for it and miss the old days which had passed. Take care. Good bye.

>>950 I am sorry to have troubled you with the devastating earthquake in north-east Japan. I felt a strong tremor when the earthquake hit. Fortunately, here in the Kanto region, there were few damage reports. Needless to say, There was no need to concern about the Tsunami. I am sorry that I have caused so many worries.
>>950 I am really grateful that everyone is concerned about me after the earthquake.
The city I live in is in the Kanto area, about 230 kilometers southwest from the epicenter. Although I felt the ground shake quite a bit, the damage here and in the neighboring areas is not so visible. And fortunately, my area is placed far inland, so we are 100 per cent safe here from tsunami.
I really appreciate your deep concern for me.
>>953 your paintings are all nice. i especially like that one of the flowers in the room with the door almost open.
