Cancellation should be done at least 7 working days before check in date to avoid any charges.
Changes to reservation which include arrival and departure dates are allowed only once.
Should guest decide to cancel reservation after change has been effected, the 50% deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellation should be advised in writing three (3) days prior to check-in date.
Cancellation after the stipulated time will not be entertained and all room charges shall be billed to the member or guest account.
In the event of any dispute, the Management's decision is final.
