I participated the summer intership of Bank of 〜for two weaks in last summer.
The content of this intership is teaching simply fundamental business(service?affair?)
of bank to the upper grades of pupil and what is working in society.
The challenge that I faced in this intership was a(the?) problem of communication in one sentence.
In especially,this problem of communication was communication in group of five who have to accomplish this project and communication with children.
I will write how we solve these problems hereinafter.
In the middle of this intership,I realized it is the most important thing in group working to share same aim and the present condition that the members are doing in.
So I suggested to the members that we should share aim and what we are doing at each steps.
At first,we didn't realize this.that is why we walked up and down and go round and round although we matured the project with all our might.
Several some members held a good opinion of me concerning my sharp ideas to the point.
